Why are events not posted on the site of the club? I have to go to another site for trail rides and other meet events to find out what is happening. The trail ride at the end of the month comes to mind. If not posted on the site at least a reference to where information is published would be a great help.

It’s been a pretty quiet summer. Must be because most of the state is a tinder box waiting to ignite.

I did do the Alpine Loop- but that was just my dad and I. And I did Moab, twice, early in the year but those weren’t “overlanding” trips.

That term 'overlanding' is really often misused but sometimes just getting out in the dirt makes the day better.
I am really glad that I got a propane campfire as I can still have a bit of the ambiance without the worry about an errant ash starting something that is almost always going to be regrettable. The rangers like it too. Never had an issue but I always ask if I see a ranger or a campground monitor.

It really doesn't matter anymore what is on the site as there is always some idiot trying to sell fake this or that. somewhere along the line it became a forum for a bunch of hackers and grifters.
There doesn't seem to be any one monitoring this crap anymore. Does no one care about this?
Where the hell is Ben?

He took care of it this morning. We are aware. I tried deleting the posts but there were too many and it became easier to remove the user.

Interesting that there is nothing...NOTHING... on the calendar for the next three months. No meetings, no events, no anything. Is the group nonexistent or is there really nothing at all happening? are we still meeting?

I moved to Fort Collins about two years ago. I had not seen any activity on this site for quite some time prior to that move. Today I got an email about the new beer drinking meetups at a Denver brewery. Two years too late for me. If anyone in Fort Collins wants to get together and have a beer or go camp, im open to it. shoot me an email. My username at Gmail.com. Morris good luck finding a group more active I feel it's all moved to face book though I pulled a reference from Bens post years ago just recently. Forums are supreme when everyone uses them instead of Facebook with no history or search function

Where’s your office? It’s a nice spot with lots of parking in front and back.

Looks like there is another brewery to one side (Wit’s End) and a distillery on the other side (Rising Sun).

Do we know about food availability? Trucks? Nearby restaurants? I’ll be coming straight from work so I’ll be hungry.

I honestly find it weird how well attended the Meet Ups are given how much of a ghost town the forum is.

They offer pizza at the brewery and they have lined up a food truck for us.
