What does everyone use for a kitchen? I broke down and picked up a Kanz Kitchen and like it a lot. It's much more convenient keeping everything together in an easy to pack unit.

I just have a Coleman 2 burner stove, my Wal-Mart folding grill table and a bunch of pots'n'pans and stuff. Nothing fancy.

And then I have a folding grill that goes over the fire.

Do you use the folding grill much, I've been thinking about picking something up but it's hard to control the heat.

Yep. Brats are a staple while camping. First I boil them on the stove then I put them on the grill for a little bit. Or I'll do corn on the cob (still in the husk).

Heat control is tough, but that's what makes each camp site meal taste unique.

Kitchen is kept in a Wolf Pack box and have a 2 burner Coleman grill. I can cook on the table in the back of the FJ without an issue
We also use a roll up table for extra cooking/prep area.

I use a snowpeak IGT system with a partner steel stove and a snowpeak BBQ box, I have both, their single and double BBQ boxes. Most of it goes on a plano waterproof storage box.

How do you like your IGT system? I looked at it hard and really liked it but wasn't sure it was compact enough for me.

Sorry for the late reply.

I love the versatility of it, we take the full system for our longer trips and for shorter trips and overnighters we take either the stove or one of the BBQ boxes since they are all stand alone units. I've got the 4 unit set which fits perfectly on the back of the lr3 but in reality all you need is a 2 unit or 3 unit tops depending on how much you cook.
