Anyone have a detailed checklist for where to look when your steering starts feeling vague? Fluids, bolt torques, loose ball joints, worn bushings.....
Probably my imagination since I'm comparing it to my sports car but my JK seems to be reacting slower than it used to.
I'd love a complete list of things to check before heading to the shop and spending big $$$ on upgrades.

You need to jack up the front end and start wiggling things. Have a friend wiggle things while you watch.

Yeah, that sounds dirty, doesn't it?

Check your ball joints. Check your track bar. Check your tie rod ends. Check your pitman and idler arms. There's probably a bunch of YouTube videos showing you how- that would be easier than me explaining it here.
